40th anniversary of the first quarter peal in tower by the MIT Guild. The ringer of the 3rd rang the same bell each time. The treble ringer is the daughter of the original conductor. Jeanne Courter and Don Morrison, who rang in the 1978 quarter, could not be here, but would like to be associated with this quarter.
