Rung half muffled on the evening of Remembrance Sunday by the local band in memory of all those who have lost their lives fighting for our Country in conflicts past and present, especially during the two World Wars.
Rung also to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the end of the First World War.
Rung also in memory of Charles Thomas Rodgers of Brant Broughton, Grandfather to the conductor and Father to the ringer of 4.
First Quarter of Southrepps Doubles for all the band. Special Congratulations to Clive, Well Done!
(After this Quarter Peal whole pull and stand was rung to rounds and call changes)
After this Quarter was complete the total number of changes rung to successful Quarters on these bells since they were augmented from 3 to 6 and rehung in Sept 2004 stands at over 100,000 being 101,112 (this excludes peals).
(N.B. The Tower is still CLOSED and NO ringing is taking place until further notice!!!)
